Увс, Завхан, Баян-Өлгий, Говьсүмбэр, Дорнод аймагт Польш улсын Засгийн газрын хөнгөлөлттэй зээлийн хөрөнгөөр цэвэрлэх байгууламж барих төслийн нээлтийг 2022.09.19-09.23-ны өдрүүдэд зохион байгууллаа. Баруун аймгуудын цэвэрлэх байгууламжийг шинээр барих ажлыг Польш улсын “Эй Би Индастри” ХХК гүйцэтгэхээр болсон. Харин зураг төсөл боловсруулах, орчуулах, баталгаажуулах ажлын гүйцэтгэгчээр Монгол компаниуд ажиллах юм. Нийт 52,5 тэрбум төгрөгөөр барьж байгуулах таван аймгийн цэвэрлэх байгууламжийн шав тавих арга хэмжээнд Барилга, хот байгуулалтын дэд сайд Э.Золбоо, Төслийн ерөнхий зохицуулагч Кшиштоп Хородецки, БХБЯ-ны Санхүү, хөрөнгө оруулалтын газрын дарга Э.Ганхүү, төслийн зохицуулагч О.Лхагвацэдэн тэргүүтэй албаны төлөөллүүд, аймгийн удирдлагууд, гүйцэтгэгч байгууллагуудын албан хаагч нар оролцлоо.
Баруун аймгуудын цэвэрлэх байгууламж 1970-1980-аад оны үед баригдсан хүчин чадлын хувьд одоогийн болон цаашид өсөн нэмэгдэх ачааллыг хүлээн авахад багадаж, мөн цэвэрлэгээний хүчин чадал нь 70 гаруй хувьтай хийгдэж байгаа юм. Тухайлбал Завхан аймаг одоогоор хоногт дунджаар 1300 м3 цэвэр ус олборлон түгээж, 1170 м.3 бохир усыг татан зайлуулж, 73 хувьтай цэвэрлэж байна. Тэгвэл Завхан, Увс, Говьсүмбэр аймгуудад шинээр барих цэвэрлэх байгууламж нь 3000м3 бохир усыг 90 гаруй хувьтай цэвэрлэх хүчин чадалтай, байгальд ээлтэй, орчин үеийн агааржуулалтын системтэй, автоматжуулсан цэвэрлэх байгууламж болох юм.
Харин Баян-Өлгий аймгийн одоогийн 2700м3 бохир цэвэрлэх хүчин чадалтай цэвэрлэх байгууламжийг хоногт 4200м3 лагийг цэвэршүүлэх хүчин чадалтай болгон өргөтгөж, шинээр барих юм. Дээрх аймгуудын цэвэрлэх байгууламжийн хүчин чадлыг өртгөтгөж шинээр барих ажлын барилга угсралтын ажлыг хоёр жилийн хугацаанд хийж, 2024 онд багтаан ашиглалтад хүлээлгэн өгөх юм.
БХБЯ ийнхүү аймгийн төвүүдийг цэвэрлэх байгууламжийн асуудлыг шийдвэрлэн ажиллаж байна. Өнөөдрийн байдлаар Азийн хөгжлийн банкны хөрөнгө оруулалтаар 9 аймгийн цэвэрлэх байгууламжийг шинэчилж ашиглалтад хүлээлгэн өгөөд байна.
