Прокурорын байгууллага 2023 оны 1 дүгээр сарын 30-наас 2 дугаар сарын 03-ны өдрүүдэд хэрэг хянан шийдвэрлэх ажиллагаанд оролцогч иргэн, хуулийн этгээд болон өмгөөлөгчөөс гаргасан 396 гомдол, хүсэлтийг шинээр хүлээн авч, нийт 1031 гомдол, хүсэлтийг хянан шалгав. Үүнээс 361-ийг нь шийдвэрлэж холбогдох арга хэмжээг авсан бөгөөд одоо прокурорт 670 гомдол, хүсэлт хянагдаж байна.
Шинээр хүлээн авсан гомдол, хүсэлтийн 7 нь ял эдлүүлэх ажиллагаатай холбоотой, 4 нь шүүхээр шийдвэрлэгдсэн хэрэгт шинээр илэрсэн нөхцөл байдлыг шалгуулах талаар байгаа бол 350 нь эрүүгийн болон зөрчлийн хэрэг хянан шийдвэрлэх ажиллагааны талаар гаргасан гомдол, хүсэлт байна.
Дээрх хугацаанд Нийслэлийн Дүнжингарав, Мишээл төвүүдэд ажиллаж байгаа “Прокурорын байгууллагын нэг цонхны үйлчилгээ үзүүлэх төв”-үүд нийт 8 иргэний өргөдөл гомдлыг хүлээн авч харьяа прокурорын газарт нь шилжүүлж, 32 иргэнд прокурорын байгууллагын чиг үүрэг, үйл ажиллагаатай холбоотой зөвлөгөө мэдээллийг өгч ажиллав.
