Европын хамгийн том мал аж ахуйн үзэсгэлэн болох “Sommet de l’Elevage”-д Монгол Улс “Хүндэт зочин” орноор уригдаж, Монгол Улсын Хүнс, хөдөө аж ахуй, хөнгөн үйлдвэрийн сайд Х.Болорчулуун тэргүүтэй албаны төлөөлөгчид болон хувийн хэвшлийн өргөн бүрэлдэхүүнтэй баг оролцож байгаа билээ.
Тэгвэл үзэсгэлэнгийн нээлтийн өдөр Монголын хувийн хэвшлийн төлөөлөл “Нүүдэлчин агро ферм” компани Францын “Эважура” компанитай 1.2 сая еврогийн сүү-махны чиглэлийн 320 үхрийг урт хугацаатай, хүүгүй зээлээр авах гэрээ байгууллаа. Энэ нь Монгол, Францын хөдөө аж ахуйн салбар дахь хамтын ажиллагаа зөвхөн хоёр орны Засгийн газрын түвшинд бус аж ахуйн нэгж, бизнес эрхлэгчдийн түвшинд өргөжин хөгжиж байгааг харуулсан томоохон жишээ боллоо. 
2022 оны аравдугаар сарын 04-ний өдөр Монгол, Франц улсын Хөдөө аж ахуйн сайд нар хамтын ажиллагааны санамж бичгээ шинэчлэн байгуулсны дараа хоёр улсын хувийн хэвшил хооронд ийм том бодит хамтын ажиллагаа эхэлж байгаа нь маш чухал ач холбогдолтой болохыг төлөөлөгчид онцлон тэмдэглэв.
“Нүүдэлчин агро ферм” ХХК-ийн ерөнхий захирал Ж.Баттөгс “Сүүлийн хоёр жил ковид, дайны байдалтай холбоотойгоор хил гаалийн асуудлаас болж Монгол руу Францаас авах үхрийн импорт гацчихсан байсан. Хоёр орны төр засгийн хэмжээнд өндөр ач холбогдол өгч оролцож байгаа энэхүү “Sommet de l’Elevage” үзэсгэлэнгийн үеэр уг асуудал шийдэгдэж, бидний үйл ажиллагааг дэмжсэнд талархалтай байна” гэв. Дээрх гэрээний хүрээнд нийлүүлэгдэх 320 үхрийн эхний 64-ийг энэ сарын 14-нд Монгол Улс руу тээвэрлэх юм байна.
Хэрвээ хил гаалийн асуудалд хүндрэл үүсвэл хэрхэх вэ гэдэг гарцыг ч “Sommet de l’Elevage” үзэсгэлэнд оролцож байгаа албаныхан ярилцаж байна. Монголын МИАТ компани ачааны онгоцтой болсон тул агаарын тээвэр хийвэл богино хугацаанд малын тавлаг байдлыг хангаж тааламжтай байдлаар тээвэрлэх боломжтой талаар ч Ж.Баттөгс онцлон хэллээ.
