Энэ хүрээнд гадаад оронд хийлгэх шаардлагатай байсан мэдрэлийн ёзоор тайрах хагалгааг эх орондоо нэвтрүүлэх зорилго тавин ажлаа эхлүүлсэн юмаа.
Мэдрэлийн, мэдрэлийн мэс заслын, мэдээгүйжүүлэг унтуулгын, сэргээн засахын эмч, сувилагч, мэргэжилтнүүдээс бүрдсэн мэдрэлийн ёзоор тайрах хагалгааг Монгол улсад нэвтрүүлэх мэргэшсэн үндэсний багийг бий болгох тушаалыг сайдын хувьд гаргаж ажлаа эхлүүлсэн.
ЭХЭМҮТ-д нийт 230 саа саажиллтай хүүхдүүдийг мэдрэлийн, мэдрэлийн мэс заслын, сэргээн засахын эмч нарын хамтарсан үзлэгт 8-р сард багтаан хамрууллаа.
9-р сарын 1-3 хооронд Турк улсын Лийв эмнэлгийн эмч мэргэжилтний багтай хамтран 38 хүүхдэд үзлэг оношилгоо хийж 7 хүүхдэд хагалгааны заалттай болохыг тогтоов.
Ингэснээр эхний ээлжинд нэн шаардлагатай хагалгаанд орох заалттай 5 хүүхдэд мэдрэлийн ёзоор тайрах хагалгааг 2 өдрийн турш Турк улсын эмч нарын багтай хамтран УГТЭ дээр Монголн эмч мэргэжилтэнгүүд хийж дууслаа.
Цаашид хагалгаанд орсон хүүхдүүдийн сэргээн засах эмчилгээг ЭХЭМҮТ-д үргэлжлүүлэн хийх бэлтгэлээ хангасан болно.
Ийнхүү Монгол улсад дахин нэг шинэ эмчилгээний технологийг Эрүүл мэндийн салбар багаараа нэвтэрүүлж чадлаа. Гадаадад очин эмчлүүлэхэд үүсдэг аливаа хүндрэлүүд, тэр дундаа гадаадад хийгддэг хагалгааны зардлаас ойролцоогоор 4 дахин хямд хийгдэх боломж бүрдэж байгаа нь иргэдийн санхүүгийн асуудалд маш том хөнгөлөлт болж чадна. ЭМЯ цаашид уг хагалгааг төгс нэвтрүүлэхийн тулд гадаадаас дараагийн багийг урьж авчрах, эмч мэргэжилтнүүдээ тасралтгүй сургахад анхааран ажиллана.
