Улсын Хоёрдугаар төв эмнэлэгт 2024 оны 11 дүгээр сард Зайн оношилгооны төв байгуулагдсан бөгөөд УНТЭ, ЭХЭМҮТ, ГССҮТ зэрэг лавлагаа шатлалын эмнэлгүүдийн төрөлжсөн нарийн мэргэжлийн эмч нар зайн оношилгоо, дүгнэлт, зөвлөн туслах үйлчилгээг үзүүлэн ажиллаж байна. Өнгөрсөн 2025 онд 18 аймагт 4352 удаагийн дүрс оношилгооны дүгнэлт, зөвлөх тусламж үйлчилгээг үзүүлсэн талаар Зайн оношилгооны төвийн зохицуулагч Э.Маргад танилцуулав.
Цаашид үндэсний хэмжээнд телемедициний тусламж үйлчилгээ үзүүлэхийн тулд хүний нөөцийн чадварлаг баг бүрдүүлэн ажиллахаар төлөвлөж байгаа аж. Тус төвийн баг өнгөрсөн онд зайн оношилгоонд AI технологийг нэвтрүүлэхээр судалгаа шинжилгээ, бэлтгэл ажлуудыг хийжээ. Телемедициний тусламж үйлчилгээг дараагийн шатанд хүргэн хөгжүүлснээр 21 аймаг, 9 дүүргийн алслагдсан сум, хорооны иргэдэд эрүүл мэндийн тусламжийг цаг алдахгүй үзүүлэх боломж бүрдэнэ хэмээн үзэж байгаа юм.
Ингэхийн тулд Зайн оношилгооны төвийн тоног төхөөмрөмж, программ хангамжийг сайжруулах, шаардлагатай санхүүжилтийг шийдвэрлэх хэрэгцээ байгааг хэлэв.
Улсын гуравдугаар эмнэлэг ньулсын хэмжээнд зүрх судас, мэдрэлийн мэс засал, зүрхний шигдээс, тархины харвалт, дотрын чиглэлээр алсын түргэн тусламжийн үйлчилгээг үзүүлж байна. Алсын зайн оношилгоо, цахим эмнэлгийн тусламж үзүүлэх хүрээнд өнгөрсөн онд 21 аймаг, алслагдсан нэг дүүргээс нийт 626 удаагийн алсын дуудлага хүлээн авчээ. Үүнээс 25 удаагийн алсын дуудлагыг түргэн тусламжийн машинаар нийт 27,200 км замыг туулж газар дээр нь очиж эмнэлгийн тусламж үйлчилгээг цаг алдахгүй үзүүлсэн байна. Мөн төрөлжсөн мэргэшлийн тусламж үйлчилгээний алсын зайн оношилгоо, цахим эмнэлэг хөтөлбөрийн хүрээнд 594 удаагийн алсын дуудлага хүлээн авч телемедициний тусламж үйлчилгээ үзүүлжээ.
УГТЭ-ийн Амбулаториор тусламж үйлчилгээ авсан иргэдийн 23 орчим хувь нь орон нутгийн иргэд байдаг байна. Орон нутгийн иргэдийн зардал, цаг хугацааг хэмнэх, шаардлагагүй шилжүүлэг, ирэлтийг бууруулах зорилгоор анхлан зайн оношилгоо үйлчилгээг нэвтрүүлж байжээ. Өнөөдрийн байдлаар 21 аймагт телемедицин бүрэн нэвтэрсэн хэдий ч ашиглалт сул байгаа тул цаашид хэрэглээг сайжруулах шаардлагатайг хэлж байлаа. Телемедициний тусламж үйлчилгээ нь өргөн уудам газар нутагтай Монголын нөхцөлд хамгийн тохиромжтой бөгөөд замын түгжрэл, цаг хугацааг хэмнэн яаралтай тусламж, нарийн оношилгоог эдийн засгийн зардал багатай шуурхай үзүүлэх ач холбогдолтой юм.
УГТЭ телемедициний тусламжийг анх үзүүлж эхлэх үед шаардлагатай шилжүүлэг 19 хувийг эзэлдэг байсан бол одоо 60 хувь болж нэмэгдсэн нь оношилгоог эрт хийж, хөгжлийн бэрхшээлд хүргэх хүндрэлээс сэргийлэн, амьдралын чанарыг нь дээшлүүлэн ажиллахад чухал үүрэг гүйцэтгэж байгааг хэлэв.
