Өнгөрсөн 2021 онд хэрэгжсэн “Боловсролын тусгай хэрэгцээтэй хүүхэдтэй малчин эцэг эхийн бичиг үсгийн боловсролыг дээшлүүлэх нь” төсөлд Өвөрхангай аймгийн Арвайхээр, Уянга, Хархорин сумдын 60 эцэг эх амжилттай хамрагдаж, бичиг үсгийн боловсролоо дээшлүүлэхийн зэрэгцээ амьдрах ухааны боловсрол эзэмшсэн билээ. Тэгвэл энэхүү төслийн үргэлжлэл болох “Хөгжлийн бэрхшээлтэй хүүхэдтэй малчин эцэг эхийн бичиг үсгийн боловсролыг дээшлүүлэх замаар хүүхдийнхээ сурч хөгжих болон сайн сайхан байдлыг дэмжих чадварыг сайжруулах нь” төсөл энэ онд Ховд, Өвөрхангай аймагт хэрэгжиж, зорилтот бүлгийн 60 эцэг эх, 60 хүүхдэд дэмжлэг үзүүлж байна.
Хүүхдийг Ивээх Сангийн Өвөрхангай салбарын ажилтнууд болон аймгийн НТБТ-ийн ажилтнууд 2022 оны 11 дүгээр сарын 3-4-ний өдрүүдэд зорилтот сумдад “Тэгш хамруулах боловсрол” “Боловсролын үйлчилгээнд хамрагдаж байгаа хөгжлийн бэрхшээлтэй хүүхдээ дэмжих малчин эцэг эх, асран хамгаалагчдын чадавхыг дээшлүүлэх” сургалтын үйл ажиллагаа эхлүүлэхэд дэмжлэг үзүүлэн ажиллалаа.
Энэ үеэр сумдын удирдлагууд, зорилтот бүлгийн эцэг эх, хүүхдүүдтэй уулзаж, төслийн талаарх танилцуулга хийж, эцэг эхчүүд, хүүхдүүдэд явуулын сургалтын багц болон хоёр сумын Насан туршийн боловсролын нэгжийн багш нарт өнгөт принтер, нөүтбүүк, гарын авлагуудыг гардууллаа. Энэ үеэр Зүүнбаян-Улаан сумын ЗДТГ-ын удирдлагууд санаачилж төсөлд хамрагдаж байгаа зорилтот бүлгийн хүүхдүүдэд өвлийн дулаан хувцас бэлэглэсэн нь эцэг эх, хүүхдүүдэд томоохон дэмжлэг болсон юм.
Зүүнбаян-Улаан сумын ЗДТГ-ын дарга Б.Шагдарсүрэн хэлэхдээ: “Малчин эцэг эхчүүд, тэр дундаа тусгай хэрэгцээт хүүхэдтэй эцэг эхчүүдийн хувьд бичиг үсэггүй байгаа асуудал манай сумын төдийгүй улсын анхааралдаа авах чухал асуудал юм. Сумын төвөөс зайдуу амьдардаг, нийгмийн харилцаанд бага оролцдог, зөвхөн хүнс авч, хүүхдээ үзүүлэх л гэж сум, аймгийн төвийг зорьдог эдгээр хүмүүсийн хувьд бичиг үсгийн боловсролд цаашлаад амьдрах ухааны боловсролд нь анхаарч амьдралын чанарыг дээшлүүлнэ гэдэг маш том боломж юм” гэсэн юм.
